Strangest Part of the Story
Just recently at a casino in Philadelphia there were reports of break-ins to cars owned by those visiting the casino.
The most shocking thing revealed in the story was that the cars targeted were unlocked. Really how dumb. If you plan on visiting your local casino and you do not lock the car you might expect the Cars broken into at Casino.
Fortunately the Alleged Thieves were Caught
The article does state they arrested two individual suspected in the thefts. They were suspected in approximately 20 thefts.
Anger Raised
It is bad enough that you might be so careless as to go to a casino, or most other public businesses and leave your car unlocked. Personally not very logical to start with. But when reading that there were a few cases of stolen guns from the robberies it is angering. Sure you might be stupid and allow personal items to be stolen from an unlocked car. But who with more then a few brain cells let’s a firearm in a car that is unlocked? There is no excuse for that.
For Your Own Safety
When you visit a casino, or just generally in public. Be aware of your surroundings. Park in well lit areas when you can. Always lock your car.
Make sure friends or family know where you are going when possible. If you are meeting the girls and going together, consider meeting up and parking nearby each other. Or you may also consider car pooling and going together in one car. Strength in numbers.
